Focus Areas of Practice

  • Adoptions – represented adoptive parents, biological parents and children through all aspects of adoption from termination of parental rights through finalization.

  • Family Law – represent individuals in divorce, child custody, modification, enforcement and other domestic proceedings.

  • Certified, Court-Approved Mediator – facilitate negotiations in family law matters for individuals going through divorce, paternity, adoptions, guardianships or other custodial matters.

  • Guardian Ad Litem – provide expert opinion regarding the best interests of the child(ren) (or adult ward in certain instances) in family/custodial matters, as well as adoptions and guardianships after conducting independent investigation.

  • Guardianship – represent clients seeking guardianship of minor children, elderly parents, special needs children entering adulthood and other incapacitated individuals to safeguard their person and property.

  • Parenting Coordinator – provide post-decree services to attempt to resolve ongoing conflict between the parties in lieu of returning to court.

  • Appellate Advocacy – represent appellants and appellees through the appeals process before the Oklahoma Supreme Court and Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, in various matters including adoptions, child custody, probate, workers' compensation and bad faith insurance defense.

  • Civil Litigation – represent individuals and businesses of all sizes in all manner of business and liability claims, including automobile claims, personal injury claims, premises and products claims, contract disputes and other tort and business claims.
