Our extensive adoption practice includes domestic private placement/independent adoptions, private agency adoptions, foster care adoptions, interstate adoptions, step-parent adoptions, adult adoptions and re-adoptions following a foreign adoption. We are also well-known for handling adoptions involving the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA), and we are licensed to practice in the Cherokee Nation, Muskogee (Creek) Nation, Choctaw Nation and Pawnee Nation. Many of the adoptions we handle are contested, so we know how to best present your case in court for the most successful outcome.
