• Construction Defect Litigation – represent property owners, contractors, suppliers and Design Professionals in matters involving claims of defective construction on residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties.

• General Commercial Litigation – represent business and individual clients in disputes arising from contractual relationships and torts.

• Adoptions – represents adoptive parents through all aspects of adoption, from termination of parental rights through finalization.

• Family Law – represent individuals in divorce, child custody, support modification and other domestic proceedings.

• Guardianship – represent clients seeking guardianship of minor children, elderly parents, special needs children entering adulthood and other incapacitated individuals to safeguard their person and property.
